All Westover Auto Salvage ROE parts, in stock, ordered and or brokered, may be returned for any reason within 30 days or less from the point of sale, provided the following requirements are met. ALL Parts being returned MUST be in original condition with Westover Auto Salvage markings and or stamp markings, such as but not limited to; WAS, Designated Stock #, Purchase Order #, W.A.S, and or NE18. All Parts to be returned must be present with receipt of proof of purchase. No Returns on designated before the sale, select body cuts, and or special orders. No Returns on ROE Glass unless specified and agreed upon by management and the buyer in written form, prior to the sale. Parts Sold "as is" are non-returnable. Parts that are ordered wrong, and or incorrectly by the customer, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All Parts that meet these requirements will be able to be returned for credit, exchange, and or refund of the original sales price. 

All ROE sheet metal parts are sold with a limited warranty against Rust and Corrosion for a one year period from the date of purchase. This warranty upholds that the present condition in which these ROE Sheet Metal parts are inventoried as & sold under, guarantees that the part will hold up against the deterrents stated above for one year. Westover Auto Salvage does not warranty or insure the ROE Sheet Metals under the conditions of improper repair, improper installation, customer driving habits or faults or accidents, or other external threats, besides the ones listed above, that may compromise the condition of the parts sold. In the event that Rust or Corrosion has affected the parts significantly enough so they will not pass inspection or are rendered unusable by the customer, then the parts may be warranted through credit, exchange or refund of the original sales price.

All ROE Mechanical Parts sold in stock, ordered, and or brokered in, will include a 6 Month Warranty on the parts only. Limited and Extended Warranty for designated ROE parts are stated below, in which case would supersede the standard 6 Month Warranty on all ROE Mechanical Parts. 

Extended Warranties for up to a one year period are available on select ROE Mechanical Parts, for an additional purchase. These Warranties will be available in a written agreement between Westover Auto Salvage and its customer. The then written warranty will include and cover mileage, warranty period of time, conditions & terms, proper installation and maintenance protocol, return or defective conditions. Extended Warranties are ROE Mechanical Part exclusive and have many variables and considerations that go into each unique Extended Warranty. There are no blanket or pre designated terms of the Extended Warranties, only that they are ROE Mechanical Part specific.
